Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Beyonders website and services. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You need an account for paid or account-bound features. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account spans the website, the operating system, Directioner-CLI and Aria.

3. Plans, credits and billing

Plans are Free, Standard, Pro and Ultimate. Credits are an internal accounting unit, not money, and are reserved before an operation runs. No payment provider is connected yet, so no charge can be taken. Prices will be published here when they exist.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the services to break the law, to attack systems you do not control, or to bypass the capability and approval model. Do not attempt to make the AI act outside the permissions you were granted.

5. Your content and your machine

You keep ownership of your code, files and data. The AI operates on your machine within a boundary you grant. You are responsible for the changes you approve and for keeping your own backups.

6. Availability and change

Parts of the service are in development and may change or be unavailable. We describe the current state on the roadmap. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided as is. We do not warrant that the AI will always be correct. Design is for detection, constrained failure, safe recovery and honest status, not for the claim that nothing can go wrong.
